Open Positions

Birth Doula — Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio

Contracted position. Support families through labor and delivery at hospitals and birth centers across Texas. On-call availability required from 37–38 weeks. Package-based compensation. DONA International or CAPPA certification preferred; DITs considered.

Postpartum Doula — Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio

Contracted position. Provide daytime and/or overnight postpartum support to families in the first weeks after birth. Flexible scheduling. Hourly and overnight shift compensation. Experience with newborn care, feeding support, and C-section recovery preferred.

Doula-in-Training (DIT) — All Markets

Working toward your DONA, CAPPA, or equivalent certification? We work with DITs who are building their attendance hours and client experience. Mentorship from experienced Circle Birth doulas included.
