We accept HSA/FSA cards, major credit and debit cards, and widely used digital payment methods.
After your schedule and doula match are confirmed, Circle Birth sends an agreement and invoice for the required deposit. Ongoing postpartum support is billed according to the confirmed schedule and agreement.
Some families choose to seek reimbursement for doula services through insurance plans or employer-sponsored family benefit programs. Eligibility and reimbursement depend entirely on the specific plan, employer, and benefit administrator.
Circle Birth does not bill insurance companies or benefit programs directly. We provide clear, non-clinical service documentation to support reimbursement requests when applicable.
